When we start to really understand on a deep level, how we create of feelings (life experience), we can start to drop misunderstandings of experiences we have had. With increased clarity and seeing experiences more objectively, it becomes easier to let things go.

Like many people, I’ve been hurt many times in the past. I’ve felt disappointment, rejection and abandonment.

Through living my experiences, I have created a tried and tested approach to fully moving on. I am now writing a book on the subject.
